Biography
Miguel de Arcos serves as managing director for Sperry Van Ness/ Paradigm Commercial Real Estate Group based in Lake Mary, Florida. SVN specializes in the sale and leasing of all commercial property types, in addition to the sale of development land in the Florida market. The SVN/Paradigm team’s local market knowledge and proven regional track record continue to contribute to the long term success of their clients.
The Sperry Van Ness/Paradigm team’s office is based in Lake Mary, one of Orlando’s strongest submarkets. Sperry Van Ness operates on a unique business model by using an entrepreneurial approach and world class tools and systems to focus on emerging commercial submarkets while retaining the dexterity to move with the ebbs and flows of the current real estate market.

He currently resides in Lake Mary, a suburb of Orlando, with his wife and three boys.
